Thanks for posting. Watching Doz and Milos bicker was surprisingly entertaining.
Body types are different and what worked for Doz ain't gonna work for everybody and vice versa.
I remember reading about Mike Tyson in his teenage years would walk home from the boxing gym and pick up a pizza and a gallon of ice cream then eat both on his walk home. Now, is the story an exaggeration? Probably to some degree. But it's probably also somewhat rooted in truth. My point is before he was a professional he ate like shit and was still lean and muscular. But 99% of people could train and eat exactly like him and not get anywhere close to the same results.
So Doz hit style worked for him but the people he trains haven't achieved his level of success. Doz also says he hated working out, he said he was miserable when he was a pro bodybuilder. So going to the gym 3× a week was ideal for his mentality. Ronnie on the other hand lovex worki g out. Always wanting to train and always happy to train. Remember Jay Cutler talking about Coleman getting off a lo g plane trip and findi g a gym to do squats? That's how much he loved doing it. Going to the gym 3× a week wasn't gonna cut it for Ronnie.
I wouldn’t say 99 percent of the population can’t eat like that and look like that, that percentile is highly exaggerated, especially when teens and young adults for the most part can eat like shit and still look lean and fairly muscular given they are consistent with training
Now I would say 99 percent of the population are not gifted in terms of Mike Tyson’s skills as an athlete and boxer, same goes for tiger woods, Mike trout, Usian bolt, etc
Physiques are highly exaggerated as a lot more people in the population can achieve these physiques to a degree given “decent” genetics and drugs
Bbers like to think of themselves as the one percentile but majority of the population arent interested in this fa ggotry and doing all the gear
