I believe it was added later maybe with the addition of other divisions. Imo, All divisions are are bodybuilding but different divisions of bodybuilding, women included. Considering how the best definition I've seen for being physically fit is "one’s ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance, endurance, and strength with the management of disease, fatigue, and stress and reduced sedentary behavior.”

I'm not too sure any division within the IFBB embodies this definition. Just IFBB or IFB was more accurate.
