HahaHaHaHa ! ….  Matt “ Dahmered” her! .. one minute we were getting shady / blackened pics of a girl who looked like she had been date raped ..  next ..  a hundred shoulder pressing videos …. What’s really going on here!  :o :o

Remember training at Golds when Titus won the USA at long beach, he weighed 219, I remember checking his weight there walked 5 yards told the first guy 229, by then time he left he was telling everyone he was 239. Good physique , but I thought Prince should have won, angry dude, this was at the peak of the nubain pandemic and Craig was one angry zombie. Great era of bodybuilding but a real bad time, lots of guys training with visible track marks, with Prince being the worst.

1996 …… peak era of golds Venice …. Titus never came close to this look ever again!

Titus still has time to go. The murder sentence aged off, he's almost through with the kidnapping one, and still has the arson sentence to do.
If he's a good boy, he can be paroled by summer 2029, if not, mandatory parole is summer 2033. If he screws up and does full sentence, he gets out in winter 2034.

I looked up Kelly Ryan a few years ago, she might've gone back to California, but there's not much there.

when I started juicing for the first time I would watch this video everyday before working out when I would shoot my gear up lol

Craig had a sick physique, some of the best all time arms IMO.

saw Titus guest pose in Boston .. he came out covered up in a black /robe executioner style …. When he took it off he had his hair in a ponytail … he took it off and his  hair was surprisingly long (like down to his shoulders) … he was all his all time best imo …..  then we all know what happened.,
