Height has nothing to do with it, trying to keep  that permabulk, bloofy look post retirement is pointless. Get athletic, functional, shredded, lean, healthy..that's the way to go, other than Sepe's horrendous comb over, he looks great. Healthy, fit, athletic, marketable.

I disagree about the height not making a difference (here is both Frank and Jay at their largest) because of his height Sepe had a hard time filling out his frame (even at 290 lbs ) ….. Jay just looks “ squatty “ while Frank still looks athletic at those high body weights! … Jay is never going to look “ athletic “ and Frank could never be a “ mass monster!”

Jay’s current conditioning is that of Sepe’s. Both are in great shape. One was a 4x Mr. Olympia who walked in his off season at 300 and competed at 265-270 at 5’9 and at 49 still holds a lot of muscle. Sepe has always been on the “fitness” side of BB. That being said, for their age both are equally in fantastic shape and Jay, much like Dexter, walked away healthy

Jay can easily streamline his physique if he just started changing up his training, incorporating more functional training, swimming would be ideal. He didn't start out blocky, as a young guy he had more of a streamline physique.

thats easily fixable with that physique, focus on shoulders and back, swimming a bunch, focus on legs a bit, and boom V-taper.
