Like most childless, middle-aged folks. Back in the day he was at least busy chasing sandows, that's over now too. The worst are women in their 40s and 50s with no kids. While others are busy taking their kids to school etc., all they can focus an all day long is themselves, which leads to a constant craze of self-improvement, liposuctions, plastic surgeries etc. etc., while on the inside they're getting more and more miserable by the day.

Great synopsis, Jay has no kids, so his focus is posting throwback photos of what he once was..specifically the "quad stomp" photo from 09 which he posts every few weeks. Eating his Same low fat diet never swaying from his Ezekiel toast and egg whites every morning. Going to the gym twice a day etc.. it's gotta get extremely boring, especially that relationship, can only imagine how bored they both are of each other.

So you think fat frumpy women who stay home taking care of multiple kids and never had a career or socialize with other adults or go out get dressed up or do anything other than grocery shop and see other stay at home moms are more interesting than independent career women who take care of their bodies go out and have hobbies and interest of their own?

Was never a fan even in his heyday and I`m from Massachusetts......only was impressed when he was a kid and first appeared in the mags.....I don`t hate or dislike the guy,but his build never did shit for me.....somehow IMO it just didn`t look right,almost like a certain something was missing

he was missing a lower back

he wasn't pretty at all but he was bigger than most without any glaring weaknesses

competitively he's no worse than top 4 all time, his size was too much for most to overcome

Agree times a thousand. He was so boxy and barrel waisted. He might have done more with what he was dealt genetically than anyone else though. He marketed the shit out of himself and made a fortune too.
