Side note about Farah, my first show, I won my class, prior to prejudging a guy in my class starts chatting with me, asks who's my coach, I told him I did my own prep, he goes on to tell me that he was prepped by Farah, the guy looked like he didn't even diet,  I asked what George charged him, he told me $5000. Lol, $5,000 for a local show prep, fucking he'll, can't make this shit up.
