Underfunded?  We spend over 800 billion dollars a year on our military.  The most in the world and the country below us being China only spends 299 billion.  Unless we have a fucking Stargate then thats crazy

If anything, we need to cut that budget, get rid of ancient equipment we are holding onto and divert that money for civil programs
