alot depends on what countries got what vaccines and which batches.  The TGA and OCABR are supposed to test and keep records etc. 

For the amount of "vaccines" produced and distributed and in such a short timeframe (creation to delivery)  i highly doubt everything was done to perfection...  laughable at best....  just the reality of it.
