OSF - I tend to agree with you.  I'd say 3.45 tops.  We do need to consider whether or not he is a functional grower like the Pride of Thunder Bay's Matt Canning.  He's renowned for going from sub 2 inches to a robust, full, 6.45.  That said, it's probably due time for Mr. Canning to provide a personal cock update.
