I set rep goals just to have a target in my mind.,..... but if I fall short it`s just as good cuz I know I`m pushing hard.....it just helps me in a way as an attempt to reach a certain number,or to have something to shoot for....if not,it`s no big deal......I just feel like next time I fail,I`ll commit suicide......I` feel worthless and weak,and that`s no way to go through life !!

Bottom line,just push yourself to train hard,and be consistant.
