I'll respectfully disagree with your last point. So far, every show he's entered I've felt he looks better on stage than in the pics leading up to it. He's pretty good at nailing it on game day and the dark coloring applied before stepping onstage makes his lower legs vascularity not as prominent to the naked eye.
