Spend all that time and effort training and dieting so that some day 30+ years later someone can post a video that looks like it was played on an Apple Watch and then filmed with a go pro camera outside in the sun.  Sad all that good video that once existed is lost to the vagaries of time

What ever happened to him? Also, whatever happened to his ex wife? I forget her name. She was a fitness model (or stripper) or something. She was in Ironman or Musclemag. I thought she looked hot but that was 30 years ago or whatever. I could have been hard up.

Guy had a body chiseled out of diamond and arms that were cubic zirconia.

He had a legitimate 8 pack row of abs that looked like in layed brick.

I think he was one of the guys who fucked themselves by joining the wbf and may have done a stint of wrestling later too.

When I first saw Albrecht I thought he would be a multiple Olympia winner like Dorian. Getting sidetracked by wrestling probably ended that dream.

He is still around.  Occasionally posts on Instagram… unrecognizable physique though. :-\
