My office is in the City and I live in the north suburbs.
What are you looking to do?
Im old. My joints hurt like hell. I do trt. I workout religiously. Typical old school bodybuilding volume workouts moderate to light weight 4 or 5 sets of 10 to 15 reps of 3 or 4 exercises per bodypart.
I dont ego lift at all.
I lift to look good for my age. For any age really.
I workout more like Vince Taylor or Serge Nubret than DorianYates. Minimal rest between sets. Last set is close to failure on every excercise.
I like a busy gym with alot of energy with at least a handful of people who also enjoy working out. It doesn't have to be 'The Dungen' but definitely not Planet Fitness either. A little eye candy is always motivation too.
