Ok let me be real you look great for 58 years old. You are in condition as I expected you would be. But as far as actual size? You don't have much the legs they are smaller than mine and that's not an easy task. The torso is lean but it's a dieted lean not a deep cut muscular lean. Same thing with the arms they are not that big and there is no back. The reason I knew you wouldn't be that big is because like I said from day one you are too tall for the class. You have the same issue I have not quite big enough for heavy so you decided to cut to light heavy where you just look too thin. You won because you competed against old men. Then you talk about how you don't squat and it's not needed because you are older and it's injury waiting to happen. You are making the same mistake I made for my first show except it's your 50th show over 20 years and you are still making the same stupid mistake. Dropping the little size you do have to make the wrong weight class. Work on being the best 220lbs you can be year round and forget about cutting to 195lbs again
