  Hanky is very lean in that photo, near contest shape. Looks to be around 165-170 lbs with a 15 1/2 inch arm.

That is a 3 year old pic 30lbs ago before I was even seriously lifting again. I have bigger lats and everything else now but thank you I am in shape regardless
