The Russians might have given up Kherson, but they are now just going to strangle Ukraine into submission art of war style, by just holding their positions and constantly smashing their infrastructure. Letting the European winter do the rest. Catch 22 for the west, if they respond with arming Ukraine with longer range missiles to hit Russian infrastructure, Russia will escalate with tactical nukes. That's why this whole war and the west supporting it through arming Ukraine has been pointless, in the end they can't win and all they do is increase the potential for escalation. It has a range of 200km and that's too far for it to be a Russian. Most likely explanation is that Ukraine launched it to protect itself against the Russian bombing and it missed it target/went stray and ended up in Poland.
