So the claims are a lifetime best of 315x6 on incline along with a lifetime best of 365x1 on flat.

bhanks seems unaware of how unusual/incompatible that pair of claims is.

Is 315x6 no spot Incline more impressive I think so but people can’t relate to that it’s always what’s your bench max so 365. I also did a double at 350. I did about 31/32 reps with 225 a few years later as well. So let’s include all of those as high water marks I hope to someday match again. And no one believes me and I am sure my depth sucked was above 90 and then some but I did 6 reps with 420 squat my senior year of college and a close spot. I did not squat again for decades 

And let’s not forget 70 kilos strict curl in contest two white lights if talking all time personal best and much more recent

You guys talk about hard training I lifted 2 hours a day 6 days a week in college I was killing myself for this shit. I can’t train like that now

Not sure not trying to max out while my shoulder is bothering me. But those are the high water marks the goal is to pass them after I get the peck fixed but we are talking 2 years. The next year I won’t be able to lift 50lbs with my right arm. Luckily I have a left and 2 legs

I never attempted a 1 rep max on incline. The best set I have ever done on incline is 6 reps with 315lbs. I was in the army around the same time I did 365 for a single on flat.

Then about 20 years later after multiple injuries including the 1st pec tear  I managed to get all the way back to a 365 for a single again on flat. I have done it twice in my life. I hope to match it again when fully recovered that is the goal. I can not get there a 3rd time without a repair. After the 3rd tear it took a long time to get back to 320 for a single.

Again though I am in no rush. I do not wish to have a 4th tear rushing the repair
