He didn't have the money for any improvements and would have needed a loan.  He didn't have 20K for pec surgery until it sold

Because people want different types of fences. I am having a 6 foot solid wood fence being installed Friday. The neighbor has a 4 foot metal slat fence.

The lot is just as wide as my last lot. My property goes 70 feet past the tree line as well it is over half an acre plenty of space. Neighbor doesn't even have a window on my side.
