It is a huge cost to society. We are propping up an education bubble. They are learning garbage at college and they don't use it in the real world. They have fucking safe spaces. I don't want to pay for more of that shit with my tax money.

Last I checked I spend my days working out and posting memes online. I have a lovely wife and a clone 2.0 son. I am sitting in a brand new house with a sports car in the garage and plenty of steaks in the freezer. If that is a fail give me more failure.

the old house was better bro

It really wasn't the lot yes absolutely the house nope not even close. The lot here is nice though. I like the grass and trees in the backyard. As far as house this one is way nicer. Maybe if the other was new but it wasn't. It had scarface curb appeal but the inside was not as good of a layout and it was 20 years old. My gym space here is 10x better. More importantly I get my son today for the next week. He has 2 activities this weekend and 2 next week. I would not have been able to take him to any of them from my old house. I am also within commuting distance of 4 law schools. I was not in the commuting distance of any previously. Same with potential jobs and not just work and school stuff to do entertainment everything. Even the barber is better I got my beard professionally shaped for the first time in my life looks awesome. I was bored as hell at the old house. There is more to do near a major city. Oh yeah I also spent half as much and got more house for it

Then again the roads here in the country are killer nice 2 lane curvy roads all over around here really nicd scenic driving for the vette or the Hog. I was cruising 60 over at 4am in the rain storm Thursday morning on the way to my MRI. I had to stop and tell myself I didn't want to die and to chill out or at least put on a seatbelt. But empty roads like that in the vette and I just couldnt help it my foot was lead.
