Wasn’t lying then not lying now I have experimented with higher dosages as I stated then it didn’t do anything more. i could quadruple my dosage it will not change anything either you are in an anabolic state or you are not taking more isn’t going to make you grow faster. You are still going to get sick get injured and have setbacks regardless. Consistency of health is the key. As such I currently don’t take much but if I did take 10x more it wouldn’t change anything. By all means take whatever you want but there simply is no additional benefit in my view of taking higher dosages.
