Correct your bodies number of fat cells is set in adolescence you can then only shrink or grow those fat cells as an adult. Luckily I was lean as an adolescent so no I can not get fat. I can get a little soft. But right now I am lean and large so you can all kiss my ass

Currently all I am only taking is testosterone at about 400mg it is a bio identical hormone not a drug it actually makes you healthier as you age. Also zero results?? Really lots of other 45 year old dudes walking around single digit body fat at 225lbs with 18.5-19 inch arms? Bull fucking shit
