I am training with the world champ again this Sunday. I didn’t realize I was supposed to film every workout. I am in a  contest in a month they are going to live stream the thing. It’s sanctioned with 3 judges  you can watch that then you can’t cry bullshit fake weights. The goal is to qualify to compete at the Arnold not to impress chaos

I am training with the world record strict curl holder in the 198lb weight class this Sunday. Dude curled 201lb to break his own record last week and win at raw powerlifting worlds. Anyway he is hosting the strict curl contest that is a qualifier for the Arnold that he won last year. He is local and building a house for my mom so I know the guy and asked if I could train with him since he has the official bar the platform setup and hopefully some good  advice. So yeah he invited me to come train arms with him this Sunday and practice strict curling

You guys claim I have 16 inch arms filled with oil well come December 10th you can see what these noodles can do I will be competing in the 220lb weight class you need a 170lb curl to qualify for the Arnold which sounds impossible but going to train hard for a month and give it my best shot

I've been monitoring this Brian Hankins character since my recent return from my Getbig sabbatical. He's garnered plenty of attention in the form of satirizing, mocking, and lampooning. In essence, he's a heterosexual Melvin Goodrum.

I didn't understand what made him the victim of this treatment. A quick look at a couple posts, he didn't seem like such a bad guy until I came upon the info regarding his domestic disputes...Fair enough but Getbig has seen worse.
A deeper dive into "Bhanks" I discover photos of his physique. After a quick analysis, structure 5/10.  shape 5/10.
size 5/10.  hair   /10.   face  /10 .....So about average for Getbig.

What shocked me was the level of delusions of grandure, and lack of self awareness and there seemed to some inconsistencies in some of what Mr. Bhanks has said but Getbiggers being Gettbiggers are always quick to call people on bullshit when they smell it have been consistently on Mr. Bhank's trail. Mr. Bhanks has an excuse (but not good ones) for his inconsistencies which leads me to believe Mr. Bhanks has a propensity for embellishing or outright malingering.

What's typical of people like him is when they're caught, they don't fess up, they double and triple down and that he has done when posts from his old account from Prof. Muscle were exposed. All things considered, Mr. Bhanks is an average man with below average morals and a need for attention. I feel bad for him in some ways, he's just another guy out there trying to find his way in the world and using a limited intellectual and emotional skillset to achieve it and his physique is what he has left and he desperately grasping on to what keeps him from going full-time degenerate criminal.

I am not using over a gram a week not that it matters. Also how can I curl anything if my arms are full of muscle killing oil? I squat once a week I go heavy every other session

What I have learned from squatting this last year is that I feel deeper squats better and can get a better safer workout squatting less weight deeper

Also what inconsistencies? I was the same height and weight a decade ago giving the exact same stats saying the exact same thing about diet saying the exact same thing about seo being garbage etc etc as consistent can get. Yeah I said I was 510 as I measured 510.5 In High school and assumed I had shrunk half an inch. However when you all harassed me and said I wasn’t 510 I checked my later army paperwork which had me at 510.75 then you guys again claim I had shrunk so I went to a ducking doctor and got measured this summer at 511 nothing inconsistent about it  sometime between 16 and 44 I grew half an inch
