You know I was thinking about that arm today it has been feeling a little strange and can't quite flex righ.t I mean I took a month off because of a partial tear in the left arm then started training heavy single curls almost as soon as I got back lol but the contest is next month can't wait to be 100% healthy. But yeah it is cause for some concern I think if it is an issue my strength will go down each week if it's ok it should go up but haven't done this long enough to say yet.

I should get some CNS adaptation by doing singles for a couple weeks
