Funny you should mention him; I'm currently reading Tom Bower's book. Revenge, about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. It has a little section on her love for him as a "President" and his women's right's/equal opportunity work when she makes speeches about women's rights and all the connotations that go with it... She didn't mention that he's a crazed dictator that has disappeared tens of thousands of people and the equivalent of parliament and all the 'women in power' are just going with what they're told. You may have a point though: if he has gotten crime and prosperity under control and its taken this hardcore approach of ridding/disappearing enemies in the night to do it: maybe he's the sane one in an insane world and Rwanda is better off for it.
