Trump’s account reappeared on Twitter after a poll run by Elon Musk showed narrow support for his reinstatement.

But Trump said earlier on Saturday that he had no interest in returning to the platform.

“I don’t see any reason for it,” the former president said via video when asked whether he planned to return to Twitter by a panel at the Republican Jewish Coalition’s annual leadership meeting.

That's how i see it, this could be the end of Elon Musk, his back is against the wall, he has the majority against him including powerfull media coorperations, if he push through it that would be an exceptional accomplishment.

Which just reinforces the fact that this is not play money he can dick around with. He's not liquid enough not to care whether twitter fails. His net worth is tied up in tesla stock and it shrunk by like 50% this year alone. He's not in danger of ever being homeless, but if he can't make twitter profitable it's going to have a compound effect across all of his businesses and those billions are going to start shriveling up real quick.
