I don’t know what order these went in… The 30-year-old had been shot in the head, stabbed 27 times, and had his throat cut. Investigators also found long brown hairs, a digital camera in the washing machine, and a bloody handprint on the wall.

My friend was murdered by his diminutive but crazy wife.  He was about 6’ tall, but she got the jump on him after he entered his home from the garage.  She stabbed him 31 times using kitchen knives.

Murderers using knives often inflict non-fatal stabs to make sure the person isn’t faking death.  This would’ve gotten a torture enhancement, but the prosecutor didn’t pursue it.

Oh, guilty and sentenced to 20 years for second degree murder, and 8 months for killing the family dog.
