I think GetBig should implement a "Birthday Wish" part to help charities and other social justice organizations. This year I would like everyone to donate $5.00 to their local animal shelter. The holidays are a very bad time of year because people are buying pets for their children and not realizing the huge responsibility it is are flooding shelters with dogs, cats, rabbits, etc. etc.
Have a heart and donate.
I'm also going to talk to Ron about doing a LIFT-A-THON. So maybe the amount of curls you do with 50 pounds may be 100 reps and someone will pledge you a dollar a rep. Trying to help the community is a two way street. In doing so we will be promoting the wonderful sport of bodybuilding.
