Mowed lawn for 2 hours.
Power clean & press - 45 minutes of 2's (clean then 2 presses)

Trained delts and triceps:

Dumbbell delt press standing
Dumbbell delt lateral
Dumbbell rear delt lateral
face pulls
barbell shrugs

tricep pushdowns
EZ bar seated tricep extentions
close grip bench
dips

weighted crunches
pulley crunches

After the workout I went for a fast walk for 4.7 miles. My knee is really bothering me but prescription anti inflammatory drugs work wonders.

Arnold Press - 5 sets
Lateral Raise - 5 sets

Wrist curl/ Hammer curl 3 cycles
Reverse curl- 2 x 15

There was a female fitness pro in the gym today- amazing what a lift that can give you!!!

2 mile ruck @38lbs, carry extra 20lbs for laps 3 and 7
1/4 mile ruck with 118lbs.  3 stops for weighted pushup x 5
3/4 mile ruck @38lbs, carry extra 20lbs for lap 3
