Running in circles at 4am doesn’t make your workouts more hardcore
If you think that is what I do - thats fine.   But it is not. 
I did 15 sets o n the 2 minutes for 30 min 
375lb deadlifts x 5  + 20 push ups  
Second 30 min  
Heavy med ball overhead toss x 8 
Rows 225 x 6 
Landmine row w 300lbs x 8 
sled rows w 14 45 plates for 10  
over and over and over again/  
F you you lazy pos!!! 
Then I went to BJJ for 2 hours
