The gym is 24/7 but completely buried in snow at the moment, I shoveled a 75 ft driveway with 7 ft drifts. God knows how many pounds were lifted but I feel like nice soreness in my legs and arms. Plus it made for great cardio.

When you do that much physical work, yes, that counts!

Killed it today.  Shoulder focus

15 minute warm up
30 min - Bro shoulder workout  3 sets DB press, 3 sets laterals, 3 sets bent over laterals, 3 sets upright rows, 3 sets shrugs. 

60 min - banged out 880 calories - 15 rounds.   

30 sec Air Bike
30 sec Battle Rope w burpees

30 sec air bike
30 sec farmer carry with 88's

30 sec air bike
30 sec Sumo High pull x 10

30 sec air bike
30 sec Landmine press  - x10

30 sec air bike
30 sec leg raises

30 min light cardio on air runner and calve raises, etc.

Good training studs.

Glad to see everyone making gains and doing well.

I haven't trained seriously in about 8 weeks.

But i've been skiing and doing mountain rescues quite a bit. Three college douche nozzles got trapped on the backside of a mountain a few weeks ago. Glad i stay "in shape" year round for those activities. Been doing 4-5 mile hikes twice a week with a full pack and gear.

Hiked to Wheeler Peak last weekend.

Did some rock climbing in Red River a few days ago, forgot how much fun that is. It wasn't too cold and the snow is pretty minimal so far.
