You are 25lbs-30lbs behind me how are you going to help me? You going to teach me to do burpees and bear crawls? I have been too lean. I have no need or desire to do boot camp style workouts. I am trying to GetBig you can keep sweating to the oldies to maintain your girlish figure.

Usual SAT stuff, Pressing:

Bench - 8 sets
- 4 warmup sets - 135 lbs up to 225 lbs. (No Slingshot, getting better, slight pain still).

- 4 sets w/ SS:
* 315 x 5
* 325 x 3
* 335 x 2
* 365 x 1

Smith Pressing - 10 sets:
- 5 sets BNP
- 5 sets Bradford Press (alt front to back)

Rear delt-raises (d-bells) - 4 sets
Rear delt (machine) - 4 sets

Incline DB Press - 5 sets  {bench set at 30 degrees}
Dumbell Flyes - 5 sets
Elevated Pushups - 2 X failure {feet on bench between push-up bars}
Lying Leg Raise- 4 sets

What kind of pants and shoes someone wears to workout makes no difference. I actually prefer cargo shorts to gym shorts for lifting. I like having pockets for my stuff. I have also spotted a guy benching 500lbs plus in jeans. But sure the metrosexual in the matching rogue outfit is training more hardcore stfu
