Good one Nat....I`m gonna` try super slow reps on leg day since I have limited equipment......should make it a lot tougher.

I'm going to be a bodybuilder for a few weeks maybe.

Hopefully. I won't get too huge and need new clothes.

There are only 2 gyms in my town, both on college campuses.

One is great, the other one sux.....I worked out at the really good one for 12 years straight.....went back a while back and they weren`t letting anyone other than students train there due to Covid.

I recently saw a buddy of mine last week in the bank who said they`re accepting members again,so once winter is over,I`ll be back there.

I was doing legs in a gym about 50 miles away.....100 miles round trip, but had a few setbacks and I don`t drive too far in the insane weather up here.....way too many bad past experiences with the weather in the past.

Once it`s Spring,I`ll be back at the gym.....it`s kind of like Soul Crushers gym judging by the pics he`s posted.....tons of power racks on platforms, tons of benches,2 sets of dumbells....one goes up to 100,the other to 150,and tons of functional stuff that you guys like also.....and they have 2 of my favorite machines,a great plate loaded GHR and a Nautilus 4-Way Neck Machine.

Has nothing to do with training.

Leather sandals have never looked good.

What were you thinking?

They are comfortable and have good arch support

I'm sure women's pajamas are comfortable too, but I'd never wear them.

There are better options.

Like, almost anything.

What kind of pants and shoes someone wears to workout makes no difference. I actually prefer cargo shorts to gym shorts for lifting. I like having pockets for my stuff. I have also spotted a guy benching 500lbs plus in jeans. But sure the metrosexual in the matching rogue outfit is training more hardcore stfu

So, tell us all....why then did you buy your singlet?  Why not just wear your jeans and sandals?

I have a gym bag for my stuff....what normal people do.   Your selfie ring fits in your pockets of your cargo shorts?

No one said he has a matching rogue outfit.  You made a big deal about your fucking ROGUE change plates....same shit can be bought off of Amazon.  1.25lbs is 1.25....no matter if it says rogue or not.

No, sir....YOU kindly STUFU

Did you really just complain about training at two gyms with college coeds?

You definitely need some of the hanky's spare testosterone.  LOL

You know discs aren't made of glass, right?

There is no such thing as "over extending".  There is physiologic end rage and anatomical.  You can't consciously put yourself past anatomical end range.  There is research that showed just picking up a 20# weight can increase the pressure inside the disc by more than 8x someone's bodyweight?  So, if discs are as fragile as you come across, doing any weight lifting is dangerous.

Also, in the gif, Arnold is doing more hip flexion than he is lumbar flexion.  He is not going very much into lumbar extension.  The L5/S1 joint segment has less motion as compared the to upper lumbar joint segments.  This is most likely why the L5/S1 disc is more associated with degeneration than the other four discs.  It bears the load (so to speak) of the upper torso.
