Straight destruction this am.  Hanky Panky would have died for real within 15 minutes.  Sleds, Deads, and Bench, drop sets, supersets, the whole nine yards.

Deload week.....lifts will be 3 x 5 for 70% of 5RM, plus plyo and band shit....

Going light today....I`ve been having issues with my digestive tract.....my abdominal wall is inflamed....I can`t eat like I normally do but will do what  I can, until this hopefully passes.

hahahaha LOL  ;D

I wish it was that simple....it feels like the Gall Bladder symptoms I had....it`s real hard to eat anything,but I figure I`ll do 5 sets of flyes with a moderate weight just to get blood into my chest.....if I  was to go heavy as I had planned before this happened, I wouldn`t be able to eat enough to nutritionally support the damage caused by training all out....not that I could train all out anyway feeling like I do.

So I take a step back,then when I feel better....onward and upwards....I just cannot afford another setback.

I feel terrible but I`m glad I did this.....nice full pump with a burn....I kind of feel better physically also.....weird.......any way,under the circumstance,it was better than doing nothing at all.

45 min - Back and shoulders
60 min - Conditioning circuit
30 min - cool down and BS on stair master and accessories

30 sec - Leg pic in elevator to post on GB    :D  :D  :D

Took a handful of melatonin and gave this workout a shot
Woke up an hour after starting my warm up
Went home to bed,,,

The PWO at night will keep you up, and diminish/negate the anabolism created by the powerful hormone "melatonin"...

I can barely walk from how hard we did legs this am.   Bench.  Sleds and deads.  All the f out.
