Another day of pressing.
Yesterday was chest, which is really Triceps for me. (Until my shoulder can heal, if it does this time around).
Not looking good (6 months). Is what it is though, Im over it and will work around it...
Today was Triceps:
Gironda Press - 5 sets
JM Press - 5 sets
Nose Breakers - 5 sets
D-Bell Skull Crushers - 5 sets
Dips - 5 sets
Rear Delt machine - 5 sets
