I just feel a bit like I cheated on myself not being able to get the partial Deadlifts in.

I don't keep an exact count of set or reps
as It's not a math session - it works well for me.

Yesterday I did 5 sets of Smith Machine BB rows at 5 reps per set  and 5 sets of Lat Pulldowns 5 reps perset

Next was 5 sets of 5 on the Smith Machine Bench Press and then 5 sets of 5 reps DB flays.

Today was 12 sets of 5 to 30 reps DB laterals for my shoulders.  All  done.  ;D

My thanks to all in this thread for the inspiration!

Another day of pressing.
Yesterday was chest, which is really Triceps for me. (Until my shoulder can heal, if it does this time around).
Not looking good (6 months). Is what it is though, Im over it and will work around it...
Today was Triceps:

Gironda Press - 5 sets
JM Press - 5 sets
Nose Breakers - 5 sets
D-Bell Skull Crushers - 5 sets
Dips - 5 sets

Rear Delt machine - 5 sets
