For the past couple weeks about 3 times a week.Previous workout (Friday) I felt not recovered. Today I felt good.No way I can keep doing it this often realistically.I looking for 20-30 total reps per workout in 10 minutes (4-6 sets of 5 or so). If I get 30 reps I add some weight.After awhile the wall will hit me.
Took a few days off but today I did 5 X 5 on Smith rows and lat pulldowns and then Smith bench press and DB flys. No supersets on anythingg and on the bench I could not get more than one rep for my last set. It was good to rest and nice to be back. I think I will try for 3 or 4 sessions a week at least for this week. I am weak.
