This thread made me recall a pre-workout that I tried about 15 or 16 years ago.

It was from LG and this shit tasted like vomit. It was so god awfully bad that I couldn't finish a single serving even though I plopped down 30 or 40 bucks for it.

It was supposed to be a test booster/pre workout and the name was somewhat similar to the name of a steroid. Anyway it was so bad I almost puked it up. Im talking purely taste. It didn't have any physical efdects but the flavor was fucking sewer water.

i was never man even to push myself hard enough to puke during a workout but one of my friends did while he and i were being pushed by our trainer, tip of the hat to him for working that hard

I did plenty of dumb shit when I started training, I can't be too harsh on these kids.  Good to see them training and exercising instead of just playing videogames and getting fat.

so long as you clean up after yourself and put your weights back, I'm happy to see you in the gym

Muscle-Meds has a similar, gross tasting one like that now... I think its this one. Gross. Got it free w/ a protein order, I tossed it...

Most of BBs also have tons of food sitting in the stomach during exercise. I only felt bad when I trained on a full stomach - perfect scenario for puking

The amount of people taking selfies or just sitting on their phones while inbetween sets these days is crazy,  sometimes the rest between sets is like 5 mins or more. Zero intensity or effort involved.
