Rome Italy has more beautiful women walking around than Cartagena, Barranquilla, Cali, or Bogota, I've been to these places several times over several years. The only city that can compete with Rome is Medellin, that's it. In Colombia, unless you can find a high level, stable woman, from a wealthy family, a businesswoman, you can't take these women seriously, or look at them as long-term, marriage type material.
The high level successful Colombian woman ain't interested in a foreigner, only the low level girls deal with foreigners because they don't have many options and they have to for survival/economic reasons, I get it. See through all the BS there. Money is always going to be an issue, you're always going to have to pay or be looked at to pay, most of the time. So, at the end of the day, is it real and genuine, or fake? Take away the money and she'll drop you like a hot potato. They'll call you "amor" without ever having even met you. Seriously, how am I your love if we never even met? There are good women there, smart, educated, but good luck competing with the local successful men there who also want them. You'll be left with the crumbs. You can try your luck, see what you can get, flash some cash, or, you can work on yourself as a man, became the best version of myself, take the longer route, and play in a different playground, a different, safer country. Everything has it's pros and cons.
