Yes -- but, realistically, not by a huge margin.
DeMay and Paris both have slightly better conditioning and much better symmetry, particularly as Bumstead appears to have suffered a serious arm injury. Bumstead also appears to have "enhanced" his deltoids, particularly around the medial/rear delt, which looks terrible and throws off his symmetry further.
Bumstead is, however, larger -- and he has much larger lats than DeMay and Paris, along with a somewhat more exaggerated V-taper.
If bodybuilding were judged fairly, placings would be:
3- Bumstead
2- DeMay
1- Paris
