all the young guys at my gym idolized this guy (all wearing “ gym shark” and “ Bumstead “ t- shirts) then they all start hitting poses in the mirror / bathroom or aerobics room …. Only thing  they are lacking is … muscles / a physique…. I think he is good for the “ sport” as far as getting the younger guys involved..  nobody wants to get big anymore! (It’s all vacuums and ab shots ) I like the other guy Ramon Dino? Great physique! Trains hard like an old school bodybuilder!

Off subject but annoying and weird :Sunday leg day (yes lol I train them!) girl ( nothing special a bit out of shape ) had a tripod set up and she was filming herself do leg presses …then Mon : guy doing seated dumbbell presses has a full on tripod set up in front of the dumbbell rack (restricting access to them ) filming himself doing presses … gets up and takes his shirt off (skinny no muscle) and films a set shirtless … thought I was in the fucking twilight zone! If you did that shit in Any of the gyms I grew up with ..  you would get your ass beat … then thrown out ! ( have seen fights … Hell’s Angels going after a guy in the gym .. someone owing someone money get beat up etc etc ) I hope this is just south Florida and not a worldwide thing!

I've been using fin (1mg tab ED) since September - it says to allow up to 6 months - yet I'm not seeing any progress, tbh? Am I worrying too early? I've noticed some people are upping the dose to 2 or even 5mg tabs ED.)

As a side note: what is your experience with fin and anabolics? Do they cancel out the fin?

I'm also using spray Minoxidol 2x per day - 10 sprays on scalp.

I've got 2 months of Fin left - that'll be near enough 6 months - shall I reorder after or try upping the dose? I'm worried that I may be giving up too early at this point so just asking for how things went for you?

I've had no side effects off it. Maybe an itchy scalp from the minodidil so not sure about whether to just stick to the fin alone.
