Hey in my prime, I believe from ages 25-28 I was able to bench 405x4-5 reps at a body weight of 185 lbs, 5'7''. I can squat 500 lbs even today, my best deadlift in competition was 501 lbs at a body weight of 175.5. I'm not sure what I can bench or deadlift these days, I work moving furniture now, I'm not even sure how strong I am but my arms are 19'' cold and natty. The most i ever benched was 460 lbs at 185 lbs
