The best ones are usually the skinny ones before the transformations, flex wheeler, dexter, Kevin, Shawn, etc

Almost anyone of us past or present can take all the drugs he has and still not even win a show

I am not so sure about that Coach.   I am not smart but neither am I stoopid enough to take all the crap this idiot did to look like a worm-riddled slimy dog turd.  He is not that good, it's just that the field of competitors is worse.

And I hope he dies soon.  Fuckin' addict that he is.  He is NOT a genetic wonder. He is an addict who would weigh 110lbs if it weren't for the dope.  Call me cruel, call me a meanie but I despise today's bodybuilding.

What do you think of Classic though?

It has promise or at least, potential.  My problem is having lived in and through the so-called "Golden Age" of bodybuilding I know what I am looking for.  Just because one calls a "New Beetle" a "classic" does not make it so.  The early VW bugs are Classic.  That last couple of model runs were okie dokie but not really "Bugs".

Same with bodybuilding.  Their thighs are too big for their chests.  Classic bodybuilders like Steve Reeves worked toward having their neck, arms and calves to be the same size and their chest measurement was the same as both thigh measurements added together.

Arnold had a 57" chest and  his thighs were 28.5" each.  His arms were 22.5" and his calves were 20.5" (close).  I have never heard of what his neck measured  Reeves was perfection. 18.5" neck, arms and calves with 26" thighs and a 52" chest.

Today's Classics seem to have fatass leg biceps and glutes to match.  Fugly and not at all "classic".

The Classic division does not so much pay homage to the "Golden Era" as it does give lip service to it.  Fake tans look horrid and again, drugs have made it possible for anyone to compete and this is born out by the number of "pro-cards" given away to guys that look awful.  If I looked like many of these guys, I would NEVER claim to be a "pro" no matter how much my ego bitched at me.

Even black guys smear that fake shitan on themselves.  WTF indeed?!  I have a theory that in the 40s through the 70s, bodybuilding was not popular at all and only attracted those that were determined to build their bodies as best they could.  Now (again) any fuckwit can take a shitload of dope and a bottle of diarrhea, smear it on themselves and win a "pro-card".  FTN.

More than ever today's bodybuilding is a bidness.   I would  be ashamed to tell anyone I was a "pro card" holding bodybuilder.  There's not money in it and its highly likely that most get paid for late night "schmoe 'n' tell" sessions at the SchMotel 6ex.  Yuck.

Classic should concentrate on a look that to date, none of the competitors has achieved.  Why is this.  Again, I think it's the drugs and the amount of them taken by what amounts to genetic inferiors too lazy to take the time needed to build not just a foundation but a habit of hard work, rest and eating well.  Fuck those chicken and rice twats.  Talk about having no life?  Yup.

Again, I think Classic may have a chance but CBung and the other current crop are no where near being the face and  physique to make it happen .

Back when I was his age it wasn’t even thought of to take that much gear especially since back then it was real. I know the stories of, for example Pete Grymkowski taking hand fulls of Dbol (back then it was the 5mg ciba). We’d experiment with drugs like Bolosterone when I was training 100’s under Rory and Jeff Felciano, finiplex, and the usual’s Deca, test, anavar, maxibolin and not all in one stack (at least not myself) and probably if I had to guess no more than 500mg TOTAL.

The most I’ve ever used was years 2019-2020 and never touched GH until after I won the Cal in 2019. Those years I used 3-3.5grms.

Bottom line, I got sick of pinning myself everyday. Even today I take 175mg of test a week and I dread taking that shot.

Use subcutaneous, works just the same, I haven't IM in 12 years, I hate shots at least with SC it doesn't cork stuff up, just back load slin pin and use skin top thighs or on glutes.

x2, works even better.

I go stomach when cruising. Rotate 4 spots (e5d with test e and ed with tren a). 29g needle. I don't bother backloading as it pissed me tf off a couple times.

https://fitnessvolt.com/samir-bannout-calls-out-bodybuilders-injecting-calf-muscle/?fbclid=IwAR2nJ4An7-FAMKmuxgplJuKS_pTh_9zrt6iYBzlqUMV6-F9YIFiPG5Ksb04&mibextid=Zxz2cZ

Basically every black high calved bodybuilder has been doing it now for decades, Flex, dexter and Ronnie went the hardest, the bro science behind it was the subjects muscle fibres were so dense short and tight that the small amounts of oil would help stretch allowing some growth of the muscle from increased blood flow, there is no doubt many blacks calves improved from this practice over what they would have achieved training conventionally, but there is no doubt long term damage, Dennis hit a nerve and you can only stretch what you have, Dennis calves were non existent, I learned the practice actually from Robby Robinson back in Venice early 90s, was later confirmed by Charles, Flex went way overboard, most guy Ronnie included used Test Propionate, not synth most wouldn't shoot a ml of oil without steroid mgs why waste a shot was the science, truth be told normal gear seemed to work just as well.

Exactly.

People talking about elite genetics.

I do believe some people respond better than others to gear, but it's their ability to handle the side effects and willingness to destroy their health.

Some people are willing to do it. Like Eddie Hall said years ago, he was willing to die in order to have the deadlift world record.

These guys are literally killing themselves for a "sport".
