Says the dude commenting on the military hero in the royal family.
What relevance does that have in your life.
But to answer your question some here have daughters who compete in these “contests”. Letting something like this happen would be like a Blaha winning a figure contest.
Whether anyone is a "fan" or has some other vested interest is irrelevant.
Any contest should be , first and foremost, fair. Secondly the criteria should be known prior to the contest and lastly the criteria should be objective.
By no stretch of the imagination does this amphibious creature meet any commonly understood criteria for a "Miss" anywhere contest ever.
Not a woman and not meeting any marker for beauty. In fact the exact opposite on both counts.
Everyone is a stakeholder in matters of fairness and right and wrong regardless of its relevance. It's a matter of principle. It's all part of the brave new world. It's all newspeak and doublespeak:
Cities burning = mostly peaceful
100% effective = not at all effective
Speaking truth = hate speech
Man = woman
Sex change = brave
It's incrementalism. In another couple of generations people will be divided by every conceivable class and status and no one will have a clue of what's real and what's not real.
