I've already rewrote it.....I just simply said something along the line of you people always never pay your bills and spend it getting your nails done and going out to the club instead being an adult .   I think when I said "You People" that I was referring to black people.

I set the demographics to target college students and young adult because usually they are the ones struggling with rent and set the places to market in Kentucky, West Virginia, Mississippi....they always work.   They read an article about saving money on rent and and they do read it because there's not a bunch of pull down ads from Google spamming them, it looks crisp and clean and its organized.....but ooooh my, there's an ad on getting 1000 of rental assistance....and oh look here ...government phone from Safelink....and they fill out the information.   Once they fill out the information, I get paid on the lead ....that's it.  I get 8 dollars for every Safelink Application and I get a 1.30 on a Rental Assistance application.  The Safelink takes a bit to convert because they have to put their Food Stamp card in whereas they just need to fill out the information.   As long as I keep the PPC on Facebook under .10 , it gets a decent return.  That's also why I set up the Cellular Cowboy site....I'm sure I'll get a few sales on the stuff but the blog articles is where the bread and butter is for all of those site and I already have stuff running on there too.   That's why I have a bunch of affiliate websites....they require practically no work other than to keep them up and running unlike my ecommerce store. 

The ad is now approved by Facebook and its now running.   But that is how it works.  Its what I call acorn income.....you can't live off of it but its easy residual income just thrown in the pile with everything else I do.   I did a livestream on how everything works but you folks see the ads when you go onto Facebook.  I'm not doing anything different from anyone else.  If you know how to write up articles and can create a website, then you can do it too
