What exercises do you normally NOT do that you do for your Tic Toe or Instagram because you believe you look good doing it? I've noticed a few people at Lake Placid Fitness And Yoga doing certain exercises and they stop after they capture a short. Is this the normal behavior at gyms across the country? It seems the females do deep squats while placing the phone on the ground, completing a few reps and stopping. I also notice certain men putting 10lb'ers of bumper weights on doing bench presses. What do you do?
