Though it certainly is not a popular trend, I noticed an increase over the past few years of men, particularly those in the lifting sphere, showing themselves dressed as women on social media. And this includes The Rock and Thor Bjornsson. And if memory serves me correctly, I think Mark Bell might have done this too.
Here in this picture is The Rock. Though it is “just a joke,” this stuff is peculiar, and I wonder how a man can bring himself to do this, let alone do it and show it for all the world to see. It might be just attention-mongering and nothing more.
If my daughter thought it would be amusing to paint my face, I’d giggle, and say, “makeup is for girls, not boys.”
