The overall White murder rate in both the USA and Canada is he same.

Mass shootings in the USA - knife murders in Canada.

End result = the White murder rate is the same in both.

"MASS SHOOTNGS" have no impact on the overall murder rate. They are just visceral and memorable events that stand out and make people like you who don't understand how to accurately assess personal risk scared.

Using the definition of a "mass shooting" being 4+ people being shot, Blacks BY FAR commit the majority of these.

If you are talking about the traditional definition of 9+ people shot, Whites commit 63% of them, at 65% of the American population, which is a slight underrepresentation.

But for 4+ people shootings, it's Blacks by far.
