Anyone else seeing that lump on his left knee? Wtf j that thing???? He looks great standing alone, but disappears in a lineup and is forgotten about. Ugly physique no flow just big bloated bodyparts put together in a not so appealing way. Drop about 25/30 lbs and might look BETTER

I could be mistaken, but I think lymph nodes are located behind the knee (popliteal fossa), much like their being in our armpits (the axilla) and in the pit (cubital fossa) of our elbows. We have somewhere around 800 lymph nodes. They are found in clusters all over our anatomy. The is a multiple of reasons the lymph nodes swell. Fortunately, cancer is among the least common of them.

A lipoma is just fatty build up btw the muscle and the subcutaneous layer. Not sure it has anything to do with lymph nodes.

No worries.  I had once since 2014 just below my right armpit, on my lat which you would see if I were doing a front double bicep pose.  Finally got rid of it back in the fall.  Purely a cosmetic thing.
