The video rated Beaufort, SC the highest risk place.

Some neighbors just moved to Beaufort, SC.

There are big retirement communities there.  It's just across the bridge from Hilton Head Island.

Parris Island USMC boot camp is right next door to Beaufort also.

It's really just a big swamp.
