Is it possible Arnold had him whacked after previously being whacked off?
Ha, I'd love for there to be some secret Arnold hit team that goes around cleaning up schmoes for Arnold, but just seems like he lets the lawyers handle it.
Years ago there was a guy named Tom Minichiello (

Well Mid City also had a decent gay/schmoe element to it, and one of this guy Tom's favorite stories was about catching Arnold supposedly getting done missionary by a schmoe one day. He even wrote a thinly vailed version of in the book - "Bodybuilders, Drugs & Sex" .
Well Arnold supposedly hears about this book, and has the lawyers sort Minichiello out, I don't what the threat was, but that book vanished within a week after it happened.
Over the years there's been a few people to raise Arnold's ire, and come to think of it, some have ended badly -
