He won’t do it. He’s too power hungry and zero humility

Actually I don't think he's competent enough to be power hungry and lack humility.  I think it's his wife who wants to maintain power.  She's the worst wife ever.  As bad as George Conway was as a husband.

They are stuck.  I have zero sympathy for all the dishonest hacks who lied to the public for years about how bad he has deteriorated.

Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death.

In Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballot after 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year or 'a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.'

If Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election Georgia his name will remain on the ballot but no votes will be counted.

In Texas, the two party's nominees have until the 74th day before the election to withdraw from the ballot. Some states, like South Carolina, do not allow candidates to withdraw for political reasons.

How conservatives could make it very hard for Democrats to replace Biden on the 2024 ballot if he has a disastrous debate or steps aside

So the zombies are all repeating the same line that Trump lied during the entire debate.  Pretty bad spin.

The Debate From Hell: Stumbling Biden Slow To Counter Trump's Barrage Of Lies
Trump lied nearly non-stop, on everything from tariffs to the VA Choice Act to his role on Jan. 6 -- and got away with it thanks to a tired and fumbling performance by Biden

Obama really needs to just shut up already.  He is the reason we are stuck with a mentally disabled nursing home patient as POTUS.

Barack Obama

@BarackObama
Bad debate nights happen. Trust me, I know. But this election is still a choice between someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself. Between someone who tells the truth; who knows right from wrong and will give it to the American people straight — and someone who lies through his teeth for his own benefit. Last night didn’t change that, and it’s why so much is at stake in November. http://joebiden.com

Remember when Romney beat the shit out of him in the first debate then threw the next one?

It would be interesting to know what they've been giving him.
It worked fairly well for a while & gradually the effects faded.

Monday’s ruling in Trump v. United States saus that so long as presidents stay within their “core” responsibilities, and often when they are at the outer edge of their duties, they are immune from prosecution.

When can we expect the decree of Presidential Infallibility to be declared ?

All the SCOTUS ruling did was just reaffirm what our founders already envisioned. It’s nothing new.

Hoisted by their own race-baiting petard.

Collin Rugg
@CollinRugg
NEW: California delegate Areva Martin says black women will "blow the party up" if Democrats choose a white man to replace Biden over Kamala Harris.

The comments came during an interview with Stephen A. Smith.

"If you pick a white man over Kamala Harris, black women, I can tell you this, we gon' walk away... we gon' blow the party up," she said.

"So where are we getting agreement from on who this ideal Democratic candidate should be?"

"Tell me that. Nobody’s told me who it should be. And then tell me how you’re gonna get the 4,000 delegates, which I am one of them. I’m a delegate coming from California."

"So who’s going to step out? One, tell Joe Biden he’s got to step aside because… everyone is not being mature about this process."

They only care about power, so he could be in a coma and they would not care.

CNN: Biden just told donors that he nearly fell asleep during the debate because of all his international travel — despite having a week of rest at Camp David, including a daily naptime. Does that concern you at all?

Dozens Of Democrats Preparing To Ask Biden To Step Aside: Reports

A group of House Democrats, potentially more than two dozen of them, are preparing to call for Biden to step aside and let someone else run, according to two reports.

An aide told Reuters that 25 House Democrats are getting ready to make the call. Another aide told the outlet that moderate House Democrats in competitive districts are contemplating writing a letter to Biden expressing their concerns.

A Democratic lawmaker also told CBS News that a group of House Democrats are preparing the request. The group is “large” and covers “a broad swath of the Democratic caucus,” the outlet reported.

It's obvious Trump is going to "win". Now, what happens after that? Depression? Civil unrest for 4 years? This is not going to be a normal transition of power.

Why am I not surprised you're still here, posting shit and furiously rubbing those two poor semi-functional brains cells together with the unrestrained ferocity of a masturbating monkey on the brink of climax?

Without betraying what my own thoughts are on the topic, I am curious what you thinkwhomever uses you as a mouthpiece thinks about Alexander Hamilton's positions, outlined in The Federalist 69 (GIGGETY!):

"The President of the United States would be liable to be impeached, tried, and upon conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crime or misdemeanors, removed from office; and would afterwards be liable to prosecution and punishment in the ordinary course of law."

Is it your position that a President who violates the law can never be prosecuted? If so, how do you square that position with Hamilton's? who directly compares and contrasts the person of the President to the person of the King of Great-Britain who "is sacred and inviolable: There is no constitutional tribunal to which he is amenable; no punishment to which he can be subjected without involving the crisis of a national revolution."

Do you believe that afterwards refers only to a post-impeachment situation?

Or are you a Nixon man, and your position is that a President can never violate the law, no matter what he does, because "if the President does it, it's legal"?
